With a strong heritage as the provider of a broad portfolio of administration services, their deep public and private sector knowledge and experience means they are a unique provider in the field.
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Test Manager to join the Technology Solutions team at their office in Liverpool.
Within this role, you will manage a dedicated testing function within the organisation and will manage all aspects of software testing within the software delivery lifecycle.
Managing a team of Test Leads, Test Analysts and Environment & Data Coordinator, you will support the Head of Software Testing to drive continuous improvement (quality and efficiency) including, but not limited to, testing tools and automation.
In order to be successful in this position, it is essential that you are ISTQB/ISEB certified and have extensive Test Management / Lead experience. With experience of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, you should have previous experience in a project or IT environment and will be experienced in the production of all levels of test documentation.
Although not essential, UK Public Sector Pensions knowledge and exposure to automated testing would be desirable. Exposure to varying degrees of organisational maturity and a familiarity with the development of business justification for the implementation of testing tools would also be beneficial.
