Our prestigious client is looking for a temp to work as an administrator providing high end customer service. Some of the duties will include taking calls from customers, providing advice, taking payments and processing orders for repair In order to learn the whole process and to get a complete understanding of the role the first few weeks will be much more hands on with time be spent booking in the returned product, adding a bar code and filing accordingly. An additional task will be picking the products from a sheet ready to be sent to repairs. This provides invaluable experience going forward, product training will also be given.

This is a team role which will look at statistics, fault trends and turn around times.

Candidates will have excellent communication and problem solving skills, a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service, the ability to prioritise and to keep calm under pressure.

Would suit a candidate who has proven customer service experience and strong IT skills who is looking for more than your standard desk role.

The role is initially temporary for 12 weeks, subject to suitability it will then become permanent. This is an ideal opportunity to work for one of somerset's leading employers.

Hours Monday to Thursday 9.00 - 5.30 and Friday 9.00 - 5.00.
