An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Outbound Night Supervisor to join them at their Trafford Park branch and ensure that customer orders are picked and packed accurately and in accordance with specific customer requirements.

Instilling a customer service ethic throughout the warehouse, you must monitor and record accuracy levels from shift picking and liaise with Managers when errors arise. Supervising the loading of vehicles as directed by Driver Load Sheets, you will ensure customer orders are on time as per company processes whilst recording pick/sort or packline statistics individually and collectively, agreeing actions required regarding performance.

Assisting and supporting the Line Manager in Health & Safety compliance, you should monitor and address areas of poor performance or conduct and investigate customer complaints as and when they arise.

Candidates for this role must have successful warehousing experience at supervisory level and demonstrate the ability to apply KPI’s to measure and improve operational performance. Having worked in a high volume, low margin distribution industry, you will be computer literate and be capable of presenting written information in a clear and concise manner.

A FLT licence is not essential however we do ask that you are flexible and willing to work extra hours or help out in areas outside of the role as and when required.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 22:00 until 06:30.
