Trainee ERP Systems Administrator

This long established manufacturing company has a fantastic opportunity for self-motivated, conscientious and committed individual who is looking for a new exciting challenge. The successful candidate must have a do it now & can-do attitude to assist in the management and development of their ERP System, EPICOR.

As a Trainee ERP System Administrator, you will learn while gaining hands on experience supporting the project manager with the continued development and implementation of the system, completion of the outstanding developments requirements, providing support and guidance to all users and continuing to identify areas of opportunity using EPICOR, as well as general system admin tasks such as backup maintenance, system performance monitoring and upgrades.

The successful candidate should have a minimum HND in computing discipline, demonstrable skills in SQL, databases and tables, light C# scripting experience and good all-round IT skills. Candidates must have the ability to communicate, organise themselves effectively using their own initiative and have a strong work ethic. This role would suit someone with the right skills and attitude who is keen to develop and grow into the role as they learn.
