Workforce/Resource Planning & Finance Business Manager - Top Investment Bank - London

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a well rounded and experienced Functional Business manager experienced with accounting and workforce data solutions/resource planning to join a global banking corporation at their offices based in Knutsford - commutable from Derbyshire, Cheshire and Lancashire. This job vacancy sits with an immensely successful global bank enjoying aggressive growth over recent years.

The ideal candidate for this job will be a qualified or part qualified accountant or at least offer commercial experience supporting a finance team with purchase and sales ledgers, forecasts and resource planning. An accounting qualification although ideal is not an absolute pre-requisite. You will be familiar with the production of purchase ledgers, financial reporting, financial modelling and business analysis. In addition to this you will also offer sound experience working with Workforce Analytics/Resource Forecasting and offer familiarity with workforce applications such as Workday. A significant part of this job will be to ensure Workforce for Technology is correctly reported and managed. For obvious reasons you will be an excellent communicator with a high standard of written and spoken communication skills to provide good grounds for senior stakeholder engagement.
