Job Title - Administrator
Location - Warrington, WA3 6YF
Salary - Circa GBP16,000 per annum
Hours - 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday
Contract - Initial 6 months fixed-term contract

Our Water business employs over 1,000 staff and has been providing services to the water industry since 1993. Working on all of the UK water and sewerage companies and most of the water only companies, our services include water networks management; leakage consultancy; waste water network management; software solutions; utility, land and building surveying; design; water resources and efficiency advice; and flood risk and water environment consultancy.
We currently require an Administrator to join our Business Support function at our Divisional Head Office at Birchwood Park, Warrington. The position we are offering is a fixed-term contract, initially for a period of 6 months.
The successful candidate will ensure a timely and accurate processing of a range of Operational Support transactions serving our UK Water Business.
Typical duties and responsibilities will include:

Contributing to zero lost time injuries in the office;

Ownership of RiskMaster data input and reporting for the RPS Water Business;

Monitoring of RPS Service Desk, raising requisitions and dealing with any queries;

Maintenance of vehicle (vans) database;

Maintenance of vehicle (vans) insurance database;

Raising of vehicle changeover purchase orders;

Distribute and maintain timely records of driver speeding offence notifications and accident reports;

Issue equipment repair purchase orders;

Update certificate details on our asset database;

Build close relationship with all Internal and External Customers;
Personal attributes:
- Previous experience in an administrative role;
- Good IT skills, with previous experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel to a high standard;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Ability to work unsupervised and be able to demonstrate initiative;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Flexible, with a can-do attitude to tasks and hours;
- A full driving licence.
