We are looking for an Office/Accounts Manager who will play a pivotal role in the continued success of the Company. As such you will need to be a dedicated and approachable team player with exceptional organisational skills and ability to work alone when required. This is a busy office and the applicant will need to be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

??? Developing long-term relationships with customers, connecting with key businesses and stakeholders
??? Contributing to the building and maintenance of new, long-lasting customer relationships
??? Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our Sage accounting system
??? Paying creditors and keeping on top of debtors ledger
??? Preparing year-end figures for completion by company accountant
??? Using Excel in order to analyse and interpret nominal accounts
??? Ensuring the effective and smooth running of the office
??? Stock control
??? Assisting the Directors



Essential Requirements

??? Really good working knowledge of sage 50 accounting software, including:
??? Posting supplier invoices
??? Posting sales invoices
??? Bank receipts/payments and able to do bank reconciliation
??? Posting journals
??? Interpreting month end accounts, accruals and prepayments
??? VAT returns
??? Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
??? Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
??? Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
??? Excellent verbal and written communications skills
