Quality Manager (Food Production)
Grantown-on-Spey
Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week
GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 plus Benefits
Quality Manager position required for a successful market leading company within the food production industry.
The successful candidate will come from a quality leadership role in food manufacturing with at least 3 years' experience at this level. You will need to hold relevant GMP & HACCP qualifications.
As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a small quality team. You will assist in the technical aspects of new product development including raw material specifications, supplier approval, quality attribute sheets, shelf life testing. You will plan and control internal auditing. All actions must be conducted in alignment with BRC regulations that are in place. You will lead the HACCP team and the main objective of the role is to ensure product quality and safety. The company are health and safety conscious, within this role you will implement and roll out HSE training to staff in accordance with company policy.

*3+ years' experience in Quality experience

*Must hold a HACCP qualification
*Must transfer from a food production environment
*Must live within a commutable distance to Grantown-on-Spey
