This is an exciting opportunity with an established organisation specialising in supplying products and services to clients world wide. They're now looking for an experienced Quotations Co-ordinator to join their team in Fife. Reporting to the Sales Manager, responsibilties include:
* To apply for, complete and return tender documentation for their product range
* To prepare quotations to meet customer requirements
* To monitor and track the progress from application to completion of tenders and quotations
* To maintain the centralised documentation file used in the preparation of tenders and quotations.
* To administer the issue, tracking and publication of engineering changes
* To input engineering part numbers and 'bills of materials' into the MRP system.
KEY SKILLS
* Experience within a tender's or bid administration environment an advantage
* Ability to work to deadlines
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Experience of working with Microsoft Office computer software packages.
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent time management ability
* Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
