Job Salary: up to GBP27,000 (dependent upon experience) plus extensive package

An Electrical Engineering graduate is required for a Graduate Electrical Design vacancy within the Engineering Design department of our Swindon based client. Successful candidates will have a strong academic background including excellent A-Level grades and experience academically of both Hardware and Software Design.

Our client in Swindon is a leading engineering design and manufacturing solutions provider to the automotive industry. This graduate scheme is a 2 year fixed terms graduate scheme which will include a rotation through departments, including training in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering , Production Engineering and Design Engineering in order to enhance the Electrical Design Engineers knowledge and expertise.

They offer a job with plenty of career progression opportunities in a job that will involve both hardware and software design training, including preparation of schematic drawings, panel layout drawings, design of PLC and safety PLC software, HMI screens. Successful candidates will use PLC programming such as Omron and Mitsubishi and AutoCAD.

Job Requirements (all essential):

• Electrical Engineering degree,
• Knowledge of Hardware and Software design
• Experience of using AutoCAD
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
