THE COMPANY:

My client an engineering company based in Victoria are looking for an entry level office services/ facilities administrator.

THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A COLLEGE OR SCHOOL LEAVER TO JOIN A DYNAMIC COMPANY.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!

THE ROLE:

- Document management; printing and binding complex documents to the highest standard.
- Updating the office floor plan and keeping general office documentation up to date.
- Sorting outgoing post.
- Working with a well-established external supplier to maintain our technology, including laptops, desktops and the main server.
- Providing maintenance for tech equipment including looking after photocopiers and printers.
- Ensuring iPhones, laptops and key fobs are set up and ready for new joiners and making sure they are returned once an employee leaves.
- Completing general IT tasks for external clients.
- Ordering stationery
- Occasionally assisting the wider team and covering reception duties.
- Completing other ad hoc duties as required including maintaining the kitchen equipment.
- Assisting the office manager with duties as and when required.

- Ability to manage own workload efficiently and effectively.
- A positive approach to tasks, displaying a 'can do` attitude.
- Have the ability to interact with employees and Partners confidently and personably to develop good working relationships.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely when dealing with employees and clients, managing expectations.
- Demonstrates personal integrity and professional ethics when performing reception duties.
- Is proactive in seeking out opportunities for self-development inside the business.
- Demonstrates the ability to use own initiative and can problem solve.
- Displays a flexible and adaptable nature when dealing with changing workloads.
- Endeavours to build a positive reputation for the business.
- Able to demonstrate strong IT skills and have a keen interest in this area.
