We are looking for trimming operatives for post-production finishing and assembly for a rapidly expanding company based in Crewkerne, Somerset.
The role is offered on a temporary basis initially, moving to permanent for the successful candidates.
You will need to be a team player with an eye for detail, a willingness to learn and preferably from a manufacturing background (as you will be using hand and power tools including routers, drills etc.). Working to tight deadlines is a requirement of this role.
In return you will receive a starting salary of between GBP8.75 - GBP10 per hour depending on your skill set which increases once you start working shift patterns.
There is an excellent benefit package with this role, including 28 days holiday, free parking and canteen on site, overtime rates - and not to mention fantastic views!
Working hours during training will be from 07:00-17:00, moving to a weekly rotating shift pattern of 38.5 hours as follows:
• Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00 or 13:45 - 22:00
• Friday: 06:00 - 12:30 or 12:15 - 17:45
