Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing

Our Client, a growing Confectionery business based in Cambridgeshire is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team. The successful Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of production and warehousing whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, legality and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of GBP30,000 Dependent on skills and experience.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Working with the team to ensure the planning demands can all be met by the Production team.
• Scheduling production activities in line with customer demand.
• Arranging staff resources to perform scheduled production activities.
• Ensuring an efficient process and minimise losses through KPI's.
• Providing appropriate training to staff, both at induction and ongoing.

Production Manager Experience:

• Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment
• Understanding of food manufacturing cycle
• Budget control
• Understanding of food safety requirements
