We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in a tenancy / housing environment to lead our Neighbourhood Housing team ensuring the current high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained or exceeded. The successful candidate will have line management / supervisory experience and must be able to prioritise and manage work loads, in order to successfully coordinate the work of the Neighbourhood Housing Team. As well as motivating and developing the team you will also be expected to assist the Head of Housing in the development of the service, processes and procedures, particularly in relation to the company’s technology channel shift objective.

You will be required to work effectively both with partner organisations and multidisciplinary teams to ensure our customers’ needs are met. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are therefore essential, as well as knowledge of Housing legislation / regulations. All candidates will need a Housing / Tenancy Management NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and ideally be an existing a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

It’s essential that the successful candidate holds a current driving licence.

Location: Newent, Gloucestershire
Salary: Circa £34,000 per Annum
