Full-time role 39hours per week

Kidderminster area preferable but not essential

Starting salary £20,250 per annum

Phoenix Fostering is an independent fostering agency specialising in the therapeutic care of children and young people.

We require a family support worker to undertake direct work with fostered children and young people, with a small caseload of no more than six.

You will work closely with the senior family support worker, other family support workers, foster carers, social workers, the behaviour specialist, managers and therapeutic professionals within a highly motivated, committed and friendly multidisciplinary team.

Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.  You will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check if successful.
