Job Role: Outbound Sales Advisor
Starting Salary: GBP14,625 - GBP19,000 per annum. Uncapped commission.
Hours: Typical Working Pattern - Monday - Friday 10.45am - 7.00pm.
Contractual Hours will require you to be fully flexible - Monday to Sunday.
Location: Spacious Place, Sandygate Lane, Burnley BB11 1RN
The Role/Key Responsibilities:
•Outbound calling to new and existing customers for a number of bluechip clients
•Overcome objections & difficult situations
•Demonstrate positive and professional attitude/behaviour at all times
•Promoting our clients brand, products and services
•Enhance customer experience through excellent quality & compliance
•Manage own performance, willingness to learn
Essential Skills :
•Experience in an outbound telesales environment
•Excellent communication & listening skills
•Excellent attention to detail
•Ability to work under pressure / Resilient
•Positive Attitude / Solution focused / Proactive approach
•Energetic, passionate and have the ability to work as part of a team
•Fully flexible, confident and results driven
•Computer Literate
Desirable Skills:
•Proficient in Word, Excel and Microsoft packages
•Proven experience in managing customer/client relationship
