House of Bath, an established multi-channel homewares retailer, based in central Bath is seeking a Marketing Executive to join its expanding team.

House of Bath is part of N Brown Group, a leading digital fashion retailer with headquarters in Manchester.
As the Marketing Executive, your duties will be to:
- Manage from brief through to production the mailings of our retention activity.
- Manage email communication programme from planning through to execution and sending.
- Work with creative agencies and internal colleagues in the production of all direct mail and email communication and align with stakeholders to achieve sign off against the agreed brief.
- Work with internal data teams and external data suppliers in the management of direct mail campaigns.
- Manage costs for all retention campaigns, including purchase order management, ensuring costs within the agreed parameters.
- Analyse performance of marketing campaigns, identifying variances to plan and making recommendations.
To be a successful Marketing Executive you will have the following skills and experience:
- A relevant degree and experience working in a similar role
- Experience planning and executing successful email campaigns, ideally with Responsys
- Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
- Proven project management skills
- A strong customer focus with the ability to analyse data and make recommendations for process improvements
- Excellent verbal and numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- PC literate and comfortable with MS Excel
- Ability to travel to Manchester on a monthly basis.
