We are currently working in partnership with a growing client of ours in the Bristol area. They are looking to recruit an experienced Driver to join their advancing team.

Our client is looking for a reliable and committed driver to join their Operations team

The drivers duties to include:

?? Collection/Delivery tasks.
?? Check email, text and voice mail for any operational changes
?? Check van to ensure it is in a roadworthy condition
?? Undertake daily collections from customers and deliver the freight into as instructed
?? Inform Area Operations Manager as soon as possible if there are any hold-ups preventing you getting to your collections or deliveries.
?? Driver can contact customer initially to advise of late running and inform Ops Control Tower / Area operations Manager once done
?? Inform Area operations Manager about any problems you, the customer or the delivery depots have or are having.
?? Telephone the Ops Control Tower to confirm all activity is complete and notify any issues
?? Lock up and secured the vehicle outside the Bristol warehouse.
?? All other reasonable requirements as specified by senior management

Essential Experience
?? Full driving licence with experience
?? FLT licence (training will be provided if necessary)
?? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
?? Attention to detail
?? Ability to work under pressure
?? Ability to build positive relationships with customers
?? Good level of English & Maths

The Driver will have:

?? Must have a Full UK Drivers Licence
