House of Bath, an established multi-channel homewares retailer, based in central Bath is seeking an Online Sales Coordinator to join its expanding team.

As the Online Sales Coordinator, your duties will be to:
- Plan, implement and review the seasonal on-line promotional plan to contribute to the delivery of the online sales targets for the web site and product categories.
- contribute to delivering the Ecommerce Plan across all devices, including testing and optimisation strategies to maximise the conversion rate of new and existing customers, working closely with the manager and the conversion rate optimisation team.
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement approach to the customer journey utilising creative execution, promotions and personalisation to drive improved experience and conversion.
- Analyse, review and report on on-line sales and conversion activity and metrics to feed into future on-line plans. Recommend contingency activity to drive any demand gaps for the season.
- Implement category product plans and activity, working closely with the buying and merchandising team, to improve performance and deliver on the key opportunities identified via the marketing planning process.
- trade the season to maximise demand and profit against plan using the product bank, channels and traffic to optimum advantage.
- Review web architecture, make recommendations on optimisation and implement plans to achieve this.
To be a successful Online Sales Coordinator you will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience of marketing, gained within an ecommerce / online environment
- Experience in the use of digital / e-commerce tools e.g. multi-variant testing tools, Google analytics, core metrics or similar digital solutions
- Digitally literate, with an interest in user experience and product conversion
- Good campaign and project management skills
- Results orientated and commercially focused approach
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders across the business
- Ability to travel to Manchester on a monthly basis.
In return, the Online Sales Coordinator will receive a salary of GBP27,000 - GBP29,000 per annum depending on experience plus excellent benefits.
