Private Client Lawyer Job with established law firm in Bath

Due to the expansion of their Private Client department, this established award winning Bath law firm are looking for an experienced Private Client individual to join their team. The firm are committed to their training and development and give their staff the opportunity to develop to their full potential.

The Private Client team deal with quality work which includes estate planning advice; the administration of estates of varying degrees of complexity; the creation, administration and taxation of trusts; advising on and drafting wills; taxation advice; and advising on capacity issues. The ideal candidate with be a lawyer with at least 3 years PQE and a particular knowledge of tax and trusts and an interest in or experience of advising attorneys and court appointed deputies.
