You will enjoy a varied role that will see you enjoy front end design and management responsibility working to planning stage on high unit housing developments.
This catalyst position will see you carrying out feasibility studies, producing high quality layout designs whilst working closely in house with the technical team.
Candidates with strong freehand and AutoCAD skills who have a strong residential portfolio are invited to apply.
You will be comfortable being the interface with clients and be able to communicate with local authority representatives.
