Excellent opportunity to join a manufacturing company at the forefront of their industry that due to exciting, continual growth plans are looking for a number of skilled individuals to join the group.
This multi award winning company have four modern sites across the country and specialise in developing and making prepared foods for the top UK grocery retailers, including ASDA, Morrison's and Tesco.
In this varied position you will successfully manage projects, write, implement and manage capital and RMS expenditure proposals as well as conduct continuous improvement initiatives. You will also ensure all new machinery is installed, commissioned and tested efficiently.
The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing background (ideally food), have budget and project management experience with a proven track record.

The Role:
* Successfully manage a variety complex projects
* Write, implement and manage capital and RMS expenditure proposals
* Select appropriate suppliers and contactors capable of delivering the required tasks
* Install, commission and test new machinery and equipment
The Person:
* Budget and project management experience
* Manufacturing background (ideally food)
* Proven track record of managing projects
* Strong leadership skills
