Teaching Assistant (Permanent) 2 Posts (Level 2 )
NJC Grade 3, Point 16 - 20 £13,150 - £17,853 (Actual Salary)
32 hrs 30 min weekly, Term Time + 5 days (195 days)

We have a track record of developing Teaching Assistant in preparation for teacher training, hence our current vacancies. You will join a lively and happy team committed to supporting some of our most vulnerable students. You will mainly support in classes across all subjects, assisting students who need extra help or direction. Over time you will have the opportunity to do more specialised support. Our policy is to develop you to be ‘ Level 3 ready’. We are committed to ‘growing our own’. As well as being literate and numerate with a minimum GCSE Grade C or above in both English and Maths (or the equivalent), the role requires excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work flexibly.
