We are currently looking for a Service/Installations Administrator to join our team.
You will be responsible for:
1. Managing our customer???s database consisting of:-
??? Placing service/installation calls onto the Verisae and Emergence database
??? Contacting engineers to establish labour estimate and parts
??? Troubleshooting issues of equipment with account managers
??? Updating each call with progress and managing in the specified time needed to achieve best target dates
??? Closing the call and billing the customer
??? Processing engineers work sheets and invoices
2. Providing department support and assisting the Manager, consisting of:-
??? Telephone support and logging calls on ???Zen???
??? Updating Optim/IR system with call details
??? Managing Installations and equipment despatch
??? General department Admin where required
??? Contributing to the development and maintenance of the Service/Installations infrastructure
Job Requirements:-
??? Good communication skills and a pleasant customer focussed attitude
??? A working knowledge of A/V installations with some technical knowledge
??? Good organisational skills
??? Good computer skills
??? Good problem solving skills
??? Minimum of 3 years experience
