Are you an experienced Safeguarding professional with the capacity to relate to young people, their parents, carers and professional staff at all levels?

We work to ensure that all of our services provide young people with the opportunity to develop the skills that employers are looking for.

The EBP are looking to recruit a Safeguarding Manager to lead the Safeguarding Team and have overall responsibility for handling child and vulnerable adult protection issues within The EBP. This will involve taking an active part in the National Citizen Service (NCS) programme and ensuring all of The EBP’s programmes meet Safeguarding polices and requirements.

Our ideal Safeguarding Manager:

You will have a social work background, safeguarding qualifications and extensive multi-agency safeguarding/ child protection practice experience within a statutory setting.

An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, full driving licence and use of a car for business use is essential for the Safeguarding Manager role.
