We are looking for a highly motivated and competent Manager to oversee the next strategic phase of development for the Integrated Biodiversity Assessment Tool (IBAT).

Your challenge is to take the 2017 report and recommendations into IBAT’s future; and shape, lead and implement a new five-year Business Plan. A strategic thinker and commercially minded individual, you will have a proven track record in managing complex multi-client projects. You will have strong relationship management skills, and be keen to collaborate with partners and end users to see biodiversity knowledge improve decisions for sustainable development.

With experience in developing people’s capacity, you’ll be able to build a team around you to deliver IBAT’s full potential over the longer-term. You’ll enjoy working with an international team from four leading conservation organisations. IBAT is the joint work of BirdLife International, Conservation International, IUCN and UNEP-WCMC.
