Hire Controller
Working for a fast expanding independant Tool Hire company, the Hire Controller will be the first point of contact to all inbound calls, developing relationships with internal and external customers and providing a top class service to existing accounts.
The successful candidate will be required to be able to quickly build rapport over the telephone with any clients who may call the depot. The role has no set parameters and the individual will need to be able to deal with any product/equipment enquiries.
In order to be considered for this opportunity the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working within a similar administrative/customer-facing role. Experience of working within the Hire Sector would be highly advantageous.
