Leeds Building Society is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive - CRM to join our Customer and Digital department, based at our Head Office in the heart of Leeds city centre.

About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive - CRM will support the CRM Manager in development of the b2c customer communication planning using data and insights to drive decisions and outcomes. This includes developing CRM communication strategies, focused on a customer first approach based on business objectives. You will work through the whole process of producing a customer communication journey, from conceptualising and exploring ideas, to gathering insights and presenting proposals.

Key Accountabilities

- Tailoring communications to customers based on their segmentation
- Successful implementation will be based on your strong relationship with the Service & Retention Comms team. Ensuring that the customer comms plans are delivered on time, and meet the original objectives set
- Analyse these campaigns to build on their successes and learn from the failures to ultimately improve customer experience and retention
- Ensure existing approaches to customer messaging are incorporated
- Commissioning insight to inform customer contact plans, messaging, objectives and channels, allowing data/customer driven decisions to be made
- To ensure that the CRM data/insight requirements are clearly documented and socialised amongst the relevant audiences
- Ability to interpret data produced by the Insights team and ask further questions where necessary
- To produce case studies after each project to ensure best practice and results are captured and shared across the wider team

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience within a CRM role, have a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management
- Excellent communication skills - experience of written communication essential
- Graduate, preferably CIM and or IDM qualified
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written) who excels at building mutually beneficial relationships
- Ability to manage project delivery through internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analysis, influencing and decision-making skills Comfortable with a fast moving working environment
- Knowledge of retail network marketing
- Good understanding of data-driven marketing
