The Position

Due to growth, we are looking for a 360 Telehandler Operator to come and join our construction team working on a large residential site in London. You will work closely with the site management team to ensure the punctual delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities

As a 360 Telehandler Operator your role will involve but not be limited to;

• Ensuring plant operations are carried out in line with site safety plans
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Operating plant and feeding various subcontractors with materials as required
• Ensuring plant operations are carried out in line with site safety plans
• Keep up to date records of goods out and goods in
• Ensure the safe operating maintenance and inspections of the machine
• Liaise with Site Managers regarding any defects that may develop
• Ensure the Plant and Transport Manager is kept up to date with any defects that may develop
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures on site
• Maintain the Lifting Plan in line with current activities, whilst liaising with the Appointed Person

The Ideal 360 Telehandler Operator

The successful candidate must have/should be;

• Previous experience of working on a busy construction site
• Previous experience of operating a 360 Rotating Telehandler
• Valid and clean Category B driving licence
• Excellent communication skills
• A valid CPCS Card
• A Slinger Signaller qualification is highly desirable
