Job Introduction
We currently have two fantastic opportunities for a Digital Analytics Manager. The roles will be 1 yr fixed term contracts. This role sits within the Data Analytics function within the Audience Team. This function consists of four pillars, Digital Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Science and Data Products.

This is a market leading opportunity for an individual who combines a passion for the BBC's audiences, fantastic interpersonal and organisational skills, with an understanding of digital analytics and tools. The role will focus on some of the most iconic products on the internet.
Role Responsibility
This role is completely focused on the migration from one digital analytics tool to another. The BBC's current analytics contract ends on the 23 rd August 2018. Between now and then the whole of the BBC's digital estate will need to migrate digital analytics product. This is all BBC products and services (iPlayer, News Sport), all platforms (responsive web, mobile apps, connected TV) and all business units (Public Service, World Service, Global News Ltd, BBC Worldwide).
You will focus on liasing with suppliers, gathering and documenting requirements, working with internal technical resource to help them understand those requirements, writing tests and testing implementations across platforms, building reports and end user training.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have experience of multiple digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe DAx, Adobe Analytics, AT Internet, Webtrekk) and large scale analytics implementations in the media industry, with a good understanding and knowledge of AV tracking. As well as experience of various analytics tools, they are expected to have experience of agile product delivery, and be comfortable managing and using collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
You'll have strong experience of proactively identifying, prioritising and delivering projects which have demonstrable benefits for businesses along with successful management of projects of significant scale and complexity to challenging deadlines. You will have experience of working with a diverse set of stakeholders, and will have demonstrated your ability to work across the business to make things happen.
