Senior Account Director / Manager needed ASAP in Buckinghamshire!

A market leading large format / signage company based in Buckinghamshire are seeking a senior account director to come on board and join their expanding team. They are looking for somebody with extensive production knowledge in the industry (modular exhibitions, custom built exhibitions, large format / graphics prints) and experience of identifying and generating own leads.

THE ACCOUNT DIRECTOR ROLE:
* Creating, maintaining, developing Account Plans for each client for the year ahead, clearly updating and maintaining each month, reviewing quarterly.
* Leading their client relationships to build and sustain long-term business for the company
* Support the company's wider new business effort to acquire new clients assisting in presentations and pitches and identifying new business opportunities
* Undertake appropriate and effective client entertainment
* Take detailed accurate briefs from the client, using production knowledge to guide and produce a workable, deliverable opportunity.
* Support the account team resource to ensure they are best placed to deliver the right creative solution for delivery, best in class service levels, optimised productivity and a motivated team
* Negotiate cost estimates to ensure commercial delivery of jobs, in that all projects and contracts are priced to generate a good profit for the company at comfortable resource levels
* Working with Projects Teams to support and monitor project handover to the operation department, to ensure accurate, detailed communication, whilst seeking advice and input from all stakeholders.
* Weekly meetings updating Client Services Manager on current and forthcoming jobs and events, Account Performance v's plan.
* Compliance at all times with our ISO framework and responsibilities
* Working with appropriate budget and date sharing software (Clarity / Smartsheet) to ensure appropriate training and compliance across the commercial team

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR REQUIREMENTS:
* Extensive production knowledge in the industry (modular exhibitions, custom built exhibitions, large format / graphics prints)
* An excellent communicator with the flair to engage all types of contacts with a strong commercial acumen.
* Experience of identifying and generating own leads.
* Proven track record for achieving revenue targets.
* Ability to develop relationships to fully understand key Client personal motivations and aspirations
* Ability to provide convincing presentations, engage audience and deal with questions, exude confidence and knowledge
* Provides strategic thinking by being able to keep track of 'the bigger picture' without getting too bogged down in project detail
* Lead by own example and provide quality of output, appearance, time-keeping with a positive attitude
* Creative Solution based thinking; a keen eye for detail and exceptional project management skills.
