About us

At Bath Spa University we work with one clear vision: to be a leading university in creativity, culture and enterprise. And we place collaboration at the heart of everything we do. Together we’re on a journey to transform our students’ lives. And it starts with people like you.

You will be joining a dynamic and friendly Marketing and International team that is responsible for promoting the university to a wide range of audiences and stakeholders.

About the role

Working closely with the graphic designer you will support in the design and development of a variety of digital and print materials for the University. This will include promotional and marketing materials such as items for the website, social media, publications, leaflets and more. Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, web developers and marketing specialists, you will need to manage more than one design brief at a time and work with a range of media.

About you (requirements)

We are looking for a motivated and creatively minded individual to play a key role in the work of the marketing and international team and to support wider university activity. You’ll have a sound understanding of both print and digital design and production, and experience of working with the leading design software packages. You will be organised, and able to manage your workload across several projects at the same time. Attention to detail is essential, along with a flexible approach to ensure changing demands and deadlines are met. You should have a good sense of humour, enjoy working as part of a team and be passionate about design and the role of visual communication.
