Small Residential Home providing care and rehabilitation to seven Adults with Acquired Brain Injuries in Burntwood, Staffordshire
Previous senior care management experience
Either hold RMA and NVQ 4 in Leadership and Management for
Care Services (or equivalent) or hold or be prepared to work towards QCF level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care
Ability to build and lead a cohesive high performance team
Driver

Ability to write reports
35 hour week
Wake Night Care Staff
2 to 3 flexible nights 9pm-8.30am
Able to participate in monthly training/ education
