A full time vacancy has arisen for a Finance and Admin clerk to work on the Wickes Contract reporting to the Finance Manager. The role will assist in all aspects of finance and general admin, supporting Regional Operations Managers to ensure service is maintained across 60 Wickes Hubs operating 80 vehicles and 104 drivers.

The Role:

- Raising purchase orders and monitoring deliveries.
- Actively reviewing and resolving DFM queries.
- Daily monitoring and reporting from Flexipod and R2C systems for both Customer and GM.
- Liaising daily with ROM to gather data on fleet moves and operations to produce schedules for weekly accounts.
- Fuel monitoring to allocate costs across 60 locations
- Inputting of weekly and period statistical data.
- Input of weekly payroll data and production of annualised hours reports.
- Responsible for hotel and car bookings across the contract.
- Providing general admin support to all regional and outbase colleagues.

- Enthusiastic and a positive attitude.
- Able to work accurately to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Must be organised with excellent communication skills and confident in dealing with problems and challenges.
- Demonstrate and possess a diverse range of IT Skills, with emphasis on Excel
- Looking to expand and gain both operational and finance experience.
