Build Site Manager (South Coast Region)
GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 p/a with Company car (or car allowance), benefits package including bonus scheme, healthcare and pension with a generous holiday entitlement.
Site Manager required for an immediate start working on new build and refurbishment Commercial, Industrial and Stadia projects across the South Coast region (project values up to GBP50m).
My Client is a Main Contractor with a turnover +GBP500m specialising in the Commercial and Industrial sectors and with continued growth are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager in Horsham to work across the South Coast region.
Responsibilities include:
Management of multi-trades/Subcontractors
Monitoring works programme with Project Manager
Ordering materials
Delivering site inductions
Carrying out safety inspections
Arranging and attending progress meetings with Client
Monitoring Health & Safety on-site and ensuring Company procedures are adhered to
Reviewing Quality Assurance
Production and management of relevant paperwork
Successful candidates will possess:
SMSTS Qualification
First Aid Certificate
CSCS Card
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
Strong time management skills with ability to prioritise works
