Description: Hello, we're TSB, and we're different from other banks. We don't do investment banking, overseas speculation or big corporate finance. We just serve individuals and local business customers - we call it "local banking". The Digital Innovation and Transformation team within the CIO function are currently looking to recruit a Digital Project Co-ordinator. This role will work closely with the team to oversee and co-ordinate the delivery of Digital projects and concepts for both TSB customers and Partners. Key Accountabilities include: Identify and manage dependencies across digital programme/portfolio including those which impact in other areas of the Bank Define, embed & manage appropriate change governance using best practice control processes, continually reassessing this throughout the lifecycle and amending as appropriate to optimise efficiency & meet business goals within agreed timescales & budget, including benefits tracking Work closely with the Digital Transformation Office, Accountable Executives and Programme Managers to provide regular status reporting, milestone plans & solutions driven contingency plans either for individual programmes or across a portfolio of programmes Continuously evaluate Digital programmes/projects for financial, risk and regulatory compliance and progress to plan and engage with a diverse group of stakeholders (typically up to & including Executive level) to highlight issues arising and influence appropriate actions Build and maintain external and internal networks for the purpose of identifying best practice and to build the profile and capability of Digital Transformation Office Produce executive communications sharing the progress and plans of numerous digital projects Stakeholder Management - Engages with a diverse group of stakeholders influence required actions to meet the project milestones and address risk, regulatory and financial issues Finance: Maintains financial oversight across projects/programmes, to ensure delivery to cost and benefit.
