Amcor Resourcing are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their brand new and expanding South Shields based office!
This is a fantastic opportunity to become established in a National and expanding business with great opportunities for progression and an attractive incentive scheme including a team and a personal bonus
Duties for the role will include:
- Handling inbound calls dealing with candidates inquiries
- Making outbound calls to register new applicants
- Scheduling interviews and appointments
- Assistance with the firm's social media to handle any new inquiries
Job Requirements:
- Confident telephony experience is essential both inbound and outbound
- Experience in managing a small team is desirable but not essential
Full training and support will be provided within the role
You will be located in our brand new South Shields office which is centrally located close to public transport links with secure car parking facilities
Your typical hours would be 9-5pm Monday to Friday with lunch breaks
However must be flexible with working hours as shift patterns may vary during peak times
Salary is negotiable depending upon candidate experience
