What we are looking for

We are looking for a financial regulation lawyer to join our team. You will ideally have a good all round knowledge of the financial regulation of investments and financial instruments, brokers, funds, platforms and exchanges.

You will need to be strong technically as the role will be assisting the partners to deliver high quality work to clients, as well as helping to win new work alongside the partners. We would hope you would be keen to grow your own practice and reputation in the market on the back of the growth of the practice and the work they will be doing.

As an associate you will advise a range of clients on complex and cutting edge issues and will play an important role in encouraging, developing and supervising more junior members of the team.

As with all our lawyers, but particularly for more senior lawyers, client development and relationship building is a frequent aspect of the role. As part of this you may have the opportunity to undertake client secondments to assist our clients and to build your skills and expertise further.

We offer a supportive environment which is ideal for a committed lawyer who is looking to advance their career and create a name for themselves. Whatever your level, you'll be expected to play a full role in the Team, including involvement in business development and regular client contact.
