Description: We are looking to hire an experienced German-speaking Marketing Manager for a brand new role within our brand new Destination Marketing team. This role will be responsible for crafting and shaping eCommerce and Marketing activities for Amsterdam, Vienna, Munich, Berlin and Reykjavik. What will it be like to work for Hilton? You will be responsible for crafting and shaping eCommerce and Marketing activities for Amsterdam, Vienna, Munich, Berlin and Reykjavik. This will include the following; * Driving Marketing and eCommerce activity to meet revenue and share targets for defined destinations * Supporting in-market relationships to improve effectiveness of marketing activities * Measuring and reporting on regional performance and communicating with hotel-level and above property contacts * Effective collaboration and partnership with hotel-level destination contacts as well as central teams * Responsible for maintaining and optimising presence and performance of hotel-level digital efforts. * Support the delivery of a tailored annual Marketing plan, including offline and digital destination-specific campaigns throughout the year, leveraging national campaigns wherever possible and adapting to business needs as they arise. * Support performance of non-contracted leisure business by being accountable for commercial channel performance to the destination (including Brand.com, CRM, OTA, GDS). * Create and deliver presentations and destination performance reports as directed by Directors and Senior Managers. * Act as a liaison with Hotel Marketing, Regional Marketing & eCommerce Services * Provide support for hotel co-op funded destination Marketing activity and Co-Op execution for assigned destinations. * Provide ad-hoc support to all hotels in the destination to optimise their online and offline hotel presence, with a particular focus on growing book direct revenue and channel mix. * Partner with colleagues in other primary and secondary destinations to build outbound source-market activity across markets. * Conduct joint planning with hotels as appropriate to ensure tight integration, including scheduled destination-level marketing meetings covering trends, insights and performance. Conduct annual review of hotel-level marketing plans. Qualification: What are we looking for? We are looking for someone who has excellent stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to spot trends and opportunities from complex numerical data. Fluent German language skills are essential and you will need to be an experienced marketer with the ability to lead and shape the strategy for the destination. Ideally you will be educated to bachelor????????s degree level (or will have significant experience in lieu thereof) and you must be willing to commit to approximately 40% travel within the role. Further requirements include the following; * Significant experience in managing marketing and/or eCommerce projects * Ability to present findings that will tell a story to internal and/or external customers and provide strategic recommendations. * Sound knowledge of omni channels to include\: integrated marketing strategy or digital marketing experience and eCommerce experience. * Experience reviewing data, manipulating data, developing insights and providing campaign performance updates * Multi-market experience, ideally with experience of implementing or managing local partnerships What benefits will I receive?
