An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Compliance professional to work for a busy property development business near Wraxall, Bristol.
The Coyne Group is a Bristol based property investment business, that specialises in both high growth and high yield opportunities. Founded by Mike Coyne in 2001. The Coyne group employ over 20 leading industry experts, with skills in; Construction, Quantity Surveying, Land & Planning, Finance, Legal and Sales and Marketing. Our focus is solely the UK property market developing: Change of Usage, Student, Residential and Retirement investment models.
The Role - Compliance Officer
You will be responsible for the setting up, managing, monitoring and reporting of a Property related Compliance framework within our business. This a new appointment created by our expansion.
This will include: Data Protection, Complaints, Anti-Money Laundering as well as other areas that you identify within the business as it expands. You will oversee all Compliance aspects and develop and formulate internal policies and procedures.
You will keep up to date with all relevant rules and regulations and advise the Senior Management on impact.

The Person - Compliance Officer
This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident Compliance professional who has an interest in the Property business and who is able to set up and manage systems while managing the expectations of the business.
You are a motivated and used to dealing with HNW's within a business environment. You may have a legal or a financial services related Compliance background
