As our business enters an exciting period of growth we require an Account Director to build strong senior stakeholder relationships within one of our largest UK accounts in the Financial Services sector.
If successful your responsibilities in this business critical role will include:
• Responsibility for the retention and growth of all revenue streams for a large, complex customer account with high strategic importance.
• Develop and build strategic customer relationships by taking responsibility for customer satisfaction, encouraging loyalty and mitigating risk of termination.
• Collaborate with sales specialists that facilitates the generation of new portfolio revenue.
• Commercial management of tenders, retenders and price negotiations.
• To be a champion of the customer internally.
• Interpret, negotiate and implement complex contractual obligations.
To be considered for this role you will have the following attributes:
• Experience of account managing high value books of business within the Financial Service industry essential.
• A background in delivering bespoke solutions to enterprise level clients.
• High commercial awareness with ability to identify new revenue streams.
• University degree, business / project management qualification preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable problem solving skills in a matrix environment
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering results to deadlines.
• Ability to manage project and commercial risks.
• Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment.
