Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for an experienced ICT Project Support on a temporary basis. They would like someone who has the experience and knowledge in the following:
They require two Project Support Officers. The roles do not require technical ICT qualifications, with many live projects, they seek individuals that can make an immediate contribution. Requirements as follows:
* Directed by the Project Manager
* Confident getting to know new ICT systems
* Technically orientated, confident with moving client hardware
* Comfortable supporting staff at end user level on new ICT systems
* Conduct training of users, train the trainer, one to one, small groups and floor walking to offer assistance where required on 'go live' days.
* Organise training of users and managers following training plan; booking meeting rooms and contacting delegates
* Excellent interpersonal skills face to face and over the phone
* Enthusiastic, proactive, confident and organised
* Project experience is desirable but not essential
* Account management skills desirable but not essential
* Word, Excel and Outlook skills essential / SharePoint experience desired by not essential
* Monitor and maintain project documentation e.g. project plan, issues & defects logs, risk register, action plans
* Arrange project meetings and produce basic meeting notes where required
* Co-ordinate & maintain defect/issues logs for system & user testing and tracking resolution
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a current driving licence
