Our client is looking for a motivated, eager to learn and experienced Commercial Manager to join their forward thinking IT support company.

Joining a thriving, busy and friendly team you will have previously had experience ideally within a technical environment, procurement, stock management and providing quotations.
As Commercial Manager you will work closely with all departments ensuring that orders for parts and licences are placed on time and ensuring that stock management is kept up to date using a dedicated PO/stock management system.
You will also work closely with the Directors providing technical quotations to both Domestic and Business clients. In addition to this you will, carry out account reviews with existing clients to discuss service levels and other areas of the business where IT could assist with business goals. On occasions you may be required to hold new client meetings with potential clients.
Your daily roles and responsibilities will include;
• Provide quotations to Domestic & Business users which could include;
Server solutions, Laptops, PC Setups, WIFI setups, backup solutions, hardware and other IT peripherals
• Liaise with suppliers placing orders for hardware, software and Microsoft licencing
• Ensure stock is booked in and accounted for in procurement CRM system
• Maintain minimum stock levels
• Procure best prices from suppliers
• Book out stock when required by Technicians
• Account reviews with existing clients discuss service levels, future plans, industry/company updates which may be of interest to the client
Who are we looking for?
This Commerical Manager position would suit someone with strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, sales experience, commercial/business awareness and who has worked in a technical company.
The role would allow candidates to demonstrate a wide range of skills including, sales, commercial awareness, procurement, attention to detail, technical and relationship building with suppliers.
