At our Plant in Amlwch we are looking Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

The Role

Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will carry out reactive and preventative planned maintenance on all plant equipment and services. In the event of problems, faults and failures you should carry out effective troubleshooting using specialist knowledge and fault finding techniques to restore production as soon as practicably possible.

Carry out inspection, testing & calibration on electrical equipment.

Carry out a range of industrial project work on low voltage, extra low voltage, data cable systems & control cabinet construction.

The role is 4 shift, average 40.25 hours per week supporting our 24/7 production process.

Your Profile

You will be a motivated multi skilled engineer, having recognised Electrical & Mechanical Engineering qualifications, preferably through serving an Engineering Apprenticeship, plus current relevant experience working in an industrial location including a working knowledge of PLC programming.

You should be willing to spend some time overseas at other Company locations and strive to bring best practice back to the Plant in all your daily activities. A current UK driving licence would be essential.
