Helpdesk Manager
Leatherhead, Surrey 
£28,000 - £31,000 DOE Plus Benefits including Bonus, Pension, Perkbox Membership 

Our client is an award-winning IT support and consultancy company that’s committed to utilising the latest technologies to benefit their customers. 

They are now looking for a Helpdesk Manager to join their friendly team and ensure that customers receive a world-class technical support service. 

As the Helpdesk Manager, you will: 

- Lead an IT Team of three 
- Supervise the helpdesk ticketing system and support mailbox 
- Assign tickets to your team 
- Ensure that tickets are being dealt with in a timely and efficient manner 
- Respond to clients’ queries 
- Ensure that clients are kept updated on the progress of their issues 
- Identify ways to streamline and increase the effectiveness of the helpdesk service 
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in emergencies 

Interested? If so, you will need: 

- At least three years’ experience with a managed service provider
- A Microsoft, Apple or CompTIA certification
- Exceptional communication skills 
- A strong client focus 
- The ability to motivate and inspire others 

Ideally, you will also be ITIL qualified, but this is by no means essential. 

Our client would be interested in a further conversation with you if you have experience as a Helpdesk Supervisor, Helpdesk Team Leader, IT Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Service Desk Engineer or IT Team Leader.
