An online financial brokerage company in the heart of Mayfair is looking to expand their Partners Department and wishes to recruit a junior assistant to join the team. A great job for the right candidate, the role offers experience within a young and vibrant online trading company providing financial trading services across the globe.
The Partners Department is responsible for the negotiation and maintenance of all introducer commercial contracts held with the company accounting for +80% of the company???s revenue.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing new business opportunities
- Ensure new business opportunities are compliant with UK and international regulatory requirements
- Updating and maintaining internal partner profile and management systems
- Providing high quality customer service when dealing with partner queries and liaising with account managers
- Ensuring all partner related email queries are responded to in a professional, courteous and timely manner
- Assisting with the optimization of their partner remuneration processes for both partners and asset managers
- Ensuring that their broker information is disseminated correctly across any outsourced partner marketing
- Working with the team to develop and implement new procedures/workflow improvements towards optimizing services
Essential requirements for the role:
- Attention to detail
- A reliable, conscientious and enthusiastic work ethic
- Working well within a team and across company departments
- Strong communication skills
- Patience with repetitive tasks/ editing databases
- Efficiency, speed and prioritizing
- Working confidently under pressure
- A polite and friendly telephone manner
Qualification and experience requirements:
- Must be educated to degree standard, with a strong command of English
- Additional language skills beneficial
-Office based administration/Legal/ Financial sectors beneficial, as well as proven customer service skills
Salary for this position is ??18,000 per annum with a six month review.
