Job Description LOCATION: Barnsley, South Yorkshire
JOB TITLE: Architectural Metal Worker
SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary negotiable + overtime
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 7am -3pm - must be flexible
THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading steel fabrication and installation company established in 1989. Specialising in structural and architectural metalwork in mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel. They have an excellent reputation with customers who include local and national construction and shop fitting companies. They are looking to recruit for an Architectural Metal Worker to join their existing team.
THE ROLE: The role of the Architectural Metal Worker will be to fabricate and install staircases, balustrade and other architectural metalwork in mild steel and stainless steel as per their client instruction. Some site work may be required.
Key experience for the role of Architectural Metal Worker based in Barnsley:
Must live within a commutable distance of Barnsley, South Yorkshire
Ideally will hold a full UK driving licence
Applicants will need experience in fine finish mild steel and stainless steel fabrication.
Sheet metal experience preferable but not essential.
