A number of Client Onboarding Case Managers are required by a leading Investment Bank to ensure the client and the business are supported throughout the lifecycle of an onboard. These roles are ideal for experienced KYC / AFC / FATCA Case Managers and are available at both Associate and AVP Level.
You will be responsible for ensuring cases are managed effectively and consistently in line with the agreed process; ensuring that all aspects of delivery are running effectively and if necessary, escalating issues. You will work closely with the onboarding team to ensure the smooth delivery of onboarding services to Front Office staff and clients and review complex KYC cases, ensuring appropriate escalation to internal teams such as Anti Financial Crime (AFC) or Legal when required. In addition you will support the production of critical MI metrics and reporting related to department performance, risk quantification and resource capacity.
You will be have genuine Case Management experience within either investment or commercial banking (this could be with a 3rd party such as leading accountancy or legal firm) with a deep understanding of KYC, AFC and FATCA regulatory requirements. You must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as the roles will require you to review risk packs in front of the business. Strong analytical skills are required, as well as the ability to solve problems, negotiate and influence.
