Looking for an exciting new kitchen challenge? Whitbread's fresh, new, Bar + Block Steakhouse is coming to Bath, and we're looking for skilled Chefs to deliver our exciting steak menu. If you've got a passion for prepping, cooking and presenting fabulous food, we've got the role for you.

Bar+Block's hand-cut steaks are the hero of our business, with 8 different cuts including 3 specialities, and the option to order steak cut to size. If that's not exciting enough, you'll be hand-making burgers on site and serving fresh fish delivered daily which goes to show we put the guest at the heart of everything we do to ensure we always serve up a great memory. So you'll ensure that you add that extra pinch of pizzazz to every dish which reaches our guests - whatever time of day, no matter how hectic things get - this is a culinary experience to remember! To add to this, you'll be on show with the theatre of our open kitchen.

From our Kitchen Team Members prepping and running a section, to our Grill Chefs & Head Chefs leading the operation, we need you to have had some previous kitchen experience. As a team player, when the pressure is on, you'll support the Kitchen Manager to drive consistency and standards - this is what makes us stand out from the crowd. You'll receive extensive training before the restaurant opens, and if you're looking for progression, Whitbread has the tools, training and people to get you where you want to be.
