Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client again a well established Lettings agency based in the heart of Clifton Village.
Who now due to expansion are looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to kick start a career with in the property industry.
The Role :
You will be required to register applicants and match them to suitable properties ensuring all of their requirements are understood. Conducting and carrying out viewings on properties. Liaising with landlords on potential new tenants. You will also be required to help with general office administration when the office is quiet.
Tasks:

Arrange viewing appointments

Attending viewings
-
Follow up viewings, produce file notes/case history

Conduct landlord feedback ensuring policy adherence

Complete new instructions ensuring policy adherence

Package:
Salary GBP12,000-GBP13,000 Basic Salary OTE GBP20,000+
Monday - Friday 9am-530pm when a Saturday is worked a day in lieu will be given.
